I leave Feedback once the transaction is concluded & feedback is left so I know you received your item. If there is a problem with any item please contact me prior to leaving feedback so that I may correct it. 

HTF ~ means "hard to find" items

NIP ~ means "new in package" items still sealed in manufacturer's packagin

OOP ~ means "out of print" no longer being published

RARE ~ is just that a item that is usually OOP & HTF

4 all of you first time buyers (& to be in accordance with eBay's NEW REGS about excessive postage!!) please know that I ship all FIRST CLASS mailings in "bubble envelopes & manila folders (with a little piece of wood, when necessary, to keep the USPS from crushing the packages~AND to conform to the USPS regulations that in order to have delivery confirmation the package MUST be at least 3/4" thick!!)~so unless the USPS damages the packages, you will receive the item exactly as I have described it in my listings. ~ DUE TO POSTAL RATE CHANGES AS OF MAY 2008  ~ The additional $1.00 to $1.25  that is included with the shipping charge~goes to ACTUAL SHIPPING & PACKING COSTS and also includes delivery confirmation on all packages.  

All items are shipped first class or priority mail depending upon weight, actual postage + the $1.00 to $1.25, PER ORDER, not per item when purchasing multiple items!! I NEVER EVER SHIP MEDIA MAIL, PLEASE DO NOT ASK

A FEW ALWAYS RUIN IT FOR THE REST ~ SHAME ON THEM ~ & I HATE ALL THESE CONDITIONS!!!   UNFORTUNATELY, I have had a high volumn of NON PAYING BIDDERS since eBays new regulations went into effect (May 20th, 2008)  & since my items must be purchased & paid for within 2 days ~ if it is not paid that buyer WILL BE BLOCKED from any further purchases until that item is paid AND ANY ITEM WON ON AUCTION or PURCHASED BIN that is NOT PAID FOR BY DAY SEVEN (7) ~ a UID (unpaid item dispute) WILL AUTOMATICALLY BE FILED FOR THAT ITEM.   A lot of bidders are now disregarding my 2 day purchase & payment limit ~ that will no longer be tolerated & after 2 days no costs will be combined.  A separate invoice will be sent.

ALERT...ALERT...!!!!...For all those people that are SMELL SENSITIVE,  please know that, I purchase my items from many different venues, other eBayers, yard sales, wholesale outlets, warehouses, estate sales, etc. I CANNOT guarantee that they come from a smoke or pet free environment.  FURTHERMORE, as a Pastor's Wife, all persons, INCLUDING smokers, children & pets are welcome in our home any time....SO....If this bothers you, PLEASE DO NOT purchase my items.
