There is shipping table in the actual description of the items . The shipping charge in this table is for your reference only and you should see the item description for the actual shipping charges.

How much is Insurance and is it required ?

There is shipping and insurance table in the actual description of the items . It looks like the following table.  The insurance is required and you must enter the correct insurance amount according to your auction or item page. The insurance charge in this table is for your reference only and you should see the item description for the actual insurance charges.

When would you ship my item

We ship the item within 24 hours of receiving the payment. However in some rare cases it can be 48 hours. Please remember that there is no shipping on Saturday and Sunday. If you do not receive an item shipped notification from us within 5 days of your payment, please send us an email immediately.  Please include your name and address along with the auction # and your mode of payment.  Please make sure that your ebay email address and the Paypal address match. If they are not the same let us know right away.

It has been 5 days since I paid you guys, Where is my item shipped notification ?

• Is your current email address the same as the one in  your ebay account. We use an automated system that imports all the payment information from ebay and paypal. It records the official email address that you have on ebay or paypal.

• Is the paypal payment made from a different email address then what you have listed on ebay.

• If the above is true please send us an email immediately with your name and address along with the auction number.  Please don't forget to include the date of your payment and how you paid for this auction.

Do you accept paypal payment from our country ?

At this time we are accepting paypal payments from most of the countries in Europe, Japan and Australia. There may be some exceptions. Please remember that we only ship to the address provided by paypal. In most of the cases there is a delay of 24 hours before shipping the item for security reason.

Can you ship an item to a different address then what Paypal has provided ??

NO.  We only ship to the address provided by paypal. No exceptions please.

No we cannot ship to any other address but the billing address. In some rare cases we will ship to an alternate shipping address. However you will have to call your credit card company and have them add "alternate shipping address" on your file.  We will verify this and then will ship the item to the alternate shipping address. Please allow 48 hours to process this type of request.

How long would it take to get my item ?

If you are within USA then it should not take more then 10 days for your to get your item from the date of shipping. In most of the case it is within 5 days. If you have not received an item shipped notification from us within 3 days of your paid order, then please get in touch with us immediately. Please send your name and address along with the mode of your payment and the date of the payment made.

If you are not within USA then the following are the transit time.

You will only get delivery confirmation or tracking # if you are within USA.  Tracking number is available for international shipments only and only if the buyer has chosen EXPRESS MAIL

It has been 30 days from the shipping date and I still have not received the item

This condition would arise for international buyers who choose to go with regular or global priority mail without tracking information. Please understand the following so that you don't have the issue with this at the end.

Almost 99.9% of the time packages which are not delivered within 30 days are held at customs or your local post office.  Please go to your local post office and find out if they are holding a package under your name. Remember there is no tracking # for these packages so please don't send me an email asking for one. The only way you get a tracking information is to choose EXPRESS MAIL. If your local post office does not have the package then your customs is holding it for sure. Custom Offices of UK and Netherlands are known to hold packages for 2 months.

I am an international buyer. Which shipping option is right for me?

Please remember that ONLY and ONLY express mail is the safest and the fastest shipping method for International customers. It provides tracking information so both of us know where the package is at all time. However it is expensive.

Regular airmail does not provide any tracking information. It can take anywhere from 10-30 days. The reason it is cheaper is because it is slower and does not have tracking ##. So once the package is picked up by the post office, we have no way of knowing where it is. So I beg you , please don't send me an emails after 10 days asking me where your package is. I am telling you now as I would tell you then. I don't know. We can only start a manual tracking after 30 days. This can take around 3 weeks. So if the package is lost we will not be able to refund your payment for up to 60 days from the date of shipment. Please don't send me nasty emails because I have no interest in running away with your money. I am just following procedure which is set by the usps. Once the process is completed you will have your money.

I am within USA . Would my shipping cost and insurance be automatically entered once I am at ebay checkout ?

Yes in most of the case it will be entered automatically . However it is still your responsibility to make sure that it is correct.  If it is not correct then please enter the correct shipping and insurance charges.

I am outside USA. Would my shipping cost and insurance be automatically entered once I am at ebay checkout ?

No you will have to enter the shipping charges yourself as per our shipping table on the auction page Please make sure that you enter the correct shipping charge with the appropriate service indicated. It is also very important to enter the insurance charges. Some of our international customers forget to enter insurance charges. If you see $0 in the insurance box please enter the correct insurance charges. Don't leave it blank. All it does is delay your shipment.  Please help us get your shipment out quickly by completing the checkout process correctly

I want my item by EXPRESS MAIL. Can I choose this option during ebay checkout.

Yes you can by choosing the option for  FLAT RATE EXPEDITED INTERNATIONAL

No you cannot.  Just complete the checkout process with regular airmail and write down in the notes section to the seller that you would like to get EXPRESS MAIL. We will also appreciate if you can just send us a separate email to sasy420@nyc.rr.com indicating this request. Please don't forget to include the order # or the auction # with this email.

During ebay checkout the last line will read " sellers discount (-) or fee (+). Just enter  -3 and it will automatically take off $3 from the total. If this does not work don't worry. Just pay the entire amount and we will credit your account for $3 once we come back from vacation on January 27, 2004

We understand that for most of the new buyers this is not an easy process. Please don't worry about it. If you have made a mistake then just send us an email with the auction # and the nature of your mistake.

No you cannot pay for the shipping charges using your own account number. Please I beg you don't send me emails regarding this. Our shipping charges are very clearly stated in the description of the auctions.  You have to pay us the shipping charges are per our auction. NO exceptions.

Sorry there are no customer pickups at our warehouses. NO exceptions.

I bid on the auction but it is a mistake or I did not read the payment( shipping ) policy. What can I do ?

Mistakes do happen and we realize this as long as you let us know about it within 3 days of the auction closing date. But please remember that once you bid on the auction we are liable for two fees. First the listing fee and the second is the final fee from ebay. We can get a refund for our final fee but the listing fee is non refundable. Please send us the listing fee which is according to ebay listing charts. we will not leave you any feedback and the transaction would be concluded.

Why do you need a telephone number for international customers?

It is extremely important for international customers to provide us with a telephone number. If you are using paypal directly to pay for the item it does not require you to provide us with your telephone number. Please write down your telephone # in the NOTES section of your payment. If you are using our zoovy checkout then you will have to provide us with the telephone number. We put this telephone number on the label for international customers for local customs or the local post office. Please help us complete this transaction easily but providing as with a detail address and your telephone number.
