I had to contact e-bay twice as far as I know nothing was done because listing was up and not removed until sometime later. This seller is unethical and should not be doing business on e-bay. He had bidding up on his site you could place the highest bid he would not except it he would never return e-mails or phone calls just dishonest so I had to pay full price if I wanted this Comic. Comic arrived in a poorly packaged box instead of signature required with most high priced Comics
