TERMS & CONDITIONS (effective 1st Mar 2009)
1. General
a. We (ebay ID: pingice) undertake that all items listed by us are original. The watches are either brand new or unused, and backed by warranty.
b. You (buyer) have accepted our Terms and Conditions listed herein upon submission of your bid or confirmation of purchase.
2. Payment
a. Payment must be made within 3 business days.
b. Please pay via PayPal in favour of pingice483@gmail.com
c. Personal Cheques & Money Orders are not accepted.
d. Kindly request for our bank details if you wish to make any direct deposits.
e. We charge a 10% re-stocking fee (based on winning bid or Buy it Now price) for any cancellation or termination prior to shipment of item.
f. Non-paying or non-compliant buyers will be reported to the Resolution Center at ebay for appropriate action.
3. Shipping/Handling
a. For "Buy it Now" items, shipping/handling is FREE of charge.
b. For Auction items, shipping/handling fee is charged at US$18 per item.
c. Buyers who request for Express Delivery via FedEx or EMS must pay either:
(a.) an additional fee of US$18; or
(b.) an additional fee of US$36 for any address that is considered out of delivery area (ODA). Example: An ODA buyer who purchased an Auction item and opted for Express Delivery must pay a shipping/handling fee of (US$18+US$36)=US$54
d. We do NOT offer discount on shipping/handling fees for Combined Shipment.
e. Insurance is optional and available at a fee of US$5 per item. In event that an item does not arrive within twenty-eight (28) business days of shipping date, a full refund shall be made to buyer(s) who has opted for such insurance. However, at our sole discretion, we reserve the right to impose any compulsory insurance for buyers from Italy and certain countries. Such buyers are entitled to claim for full refund only if an item does not arrive after forty-nine (49) business days from the shipping date.
f. All items shall be shipped within two (2) business days upon receipt of full payment.
g. We do not ship on Saturday, Sunday & Singapore Public Holidays.
h. We ship via Registered Airmail operated by Singapore Post. Barring any customs delays, the delivery usually takes between seven (7) to fourteen (14) business days. For regions including Eastern Europe, South America and Indonesia, delivery may take up to twenty-eight (28) business days.
i. Items will only be shipped to the address as indicated in buyer’s PayPal account. Therefore, please ensure that your PayPal address is correctly updated. To avoid any delays, kindly provide your telephone number.
j. Except for Singapore, the buyer shall be solely responsible for any courier’s inland fee, custom duty, import tax, VAT or other incidental costs.
k. Buyers residing in Singapore can request for self-collection of your item(s) at our appointed agent. However, there will be no further discount nor rebate on the total amount payable by the buyer. Self-collection or delivery of items within Singapore shall be considered as local sale. Under such circumstances, we are pleased to bear the cost of Goods and Services Tax (7%).
4. Warranty
a. Coverage: Defects in workmanship and parts under normal use, fair wear and tear expected.
b. Exclusions: Any damage(s) caused by any misuse, neglect, improper use/testing, accident, glass breakage, battery failure, unauthorised attempts to open, tamper, repair or modify, or excessive wear and tear.
c. Use of Warranty: Kindly present your timepiece together with the original certificate and proof of purchase.
d. Warranty Period: One (1) year from the date of purchase.
e. Miscellaneous: Unless otherwise stated, the Warranty is provided solely by the authorised service centre of pingice. No claim(s) whatsoever against the manufacturer shall be entertained. Warranty does not cover any cost of postage, insurance or shipping charges. However, we shall bear all shipping charges payable when returning repaired watch to the buyer.
5. Return/Exchange
a. Buyer(s) who wish to return any item must contact us within 7 days upon receipt of goods. We shall deduct 10% restocking fee (based on winning bid or Buy it Now price), shipping/handling cost and insurance from the total amount, and refund the balance amount to the buyer.
b. For faulty item(s), buyer must report to us within 2 business days upon receipt of goods. We shall arrange for an immediate exchange and, under normal circumstances, we shall bear all shipping charges.
c. Worn or item(s) with physical changes including shortened strap/bracelet will not be entertained.
d. All claims will only be processed upon the satisfactory return of goods to seller.
6. Customer Service
a. Buyer(s) with specific instructions regarding Customs Declarations must notify us when making payment.
b. We provide Feedback for all buyers within 24 working hours after we shipped the goods.
c. Thereafter, shipping information or tracking no. will be posted in "Transaction Details" of the specific item’s Sales Record at ebay for buyer’s easy reference.
d. Your Feedback is important to us. Upon receipt of your merchandise, kindly provide us your Feedback on ebay so we could constantly strive to serve you better.
e. We undertake every possible attempt to make your purchase a pleasant experience. Should you need to contact us, please feel free to leave a message in ebay or write to pingice483@gmail.com.
f. Due to the time/location difference, please allow up to 2 business days for our response to your message in ebay. For enquiries via e-mails, please check your Spam Folder if you do not receive our reply after 2 business days.
7. Disclaimer
a. The terms and conditions set out herein are subject to change at any time without prior notice.
b. In event of any dispute, the decision by ebay shall be final and binding on both parties.
