Returns

All returns must be received within 30 days of the original order.

If you receive a damaged or defective product, we will gladly replace it.

Returns require RETURN AUTHORIZATION which can be requested via our support site at: http://support.movieweb.com.

Damaged/defective items will be replaced with the same product.

Misshipped items will be replaced with the correct item.

Returns of items for a refund when the items are not damaged, defective or misshipped will be accepted only if they are returned UNOPENED and in BRAND NEW condition. Returns for refund are subject to a return/restocking fee. Shipping and insurance charges are non-refundable.

If your item is returned to us by USPS (or other shipping service) due to an incorrect or insufficient address, lack of forwarding address or any other such reason, we will refund your purchase price less shipping and insurance charges (including any return postage charged to us by USPS or other carrier) and a restocking charge of up to 15%.
