What do I do if my item is damaged in shipping? Inspect your package immediately when you receive it. Take a picture of the package if you think it’s damaged. Contact us immediately.
What if the item is defective? Contact us immediately. We guarantee the item will be as described and functional. If the item is defective you will cheerfully receive a new item or a cash refund whichever you choose.
What if I change my mind after I receive the item? Contact us immediately. If the item is in the original retail package we will cheerfully refund your money you will have to pay for the shipping both ways.
Is there a restocking fee? Yes, if you decide you would like to return the item there will be a 3% restocking fee.
If I buy more than one item can you provide a discount? Yes!! We can discount the shipping. Just let me know you want to purchase more than one item and I will apply the discount.
If I have a FedEx number can I use that for the shipping? Absolutely, just give me your number and what service you want to use, no problem.
Can you ship to a P.O. box or a military base? Yes absolutely.
Will I get a tracking number for my package? No the U.S.P.S. does not provide that, you can get a delivery conformation number.
Can you ship my purchase to a different address than mine? Yes we can, we are not responsible if we are given an undeliverable address. Contact us before you pay because the shipping to the other address ma be different than yours.
