When will my package be posted?
We will ship immediately within 2-3 business days upon receiving your payment. Normally your order will arrive within 7-14 business days. We do not deliver on public holidays.
Do you post internationally?
Yes, we ship Worldwide and the shipping & handling charge is the same cost as to other countries. Please refer to the item description for the actual shipping & handling charge of each item.
Do you combine shipping & handling charge?
Yes, we offer combined shipping & handling (S&H) discount for multiple purchases if the items are paid and shipped together and the saving is simply pay the first item S&H in full and then deduct $2.00 USD from any subsequent items. (For example, if you won/purchased two items, the S&H charge for the first item is $6.00 USD and $7.00 USD for the second item. The total S&H charge for these 2 items is $13.00 USD. After deducted $2.00 USD S&H discount, your total combined S&H charge will be $11.00 USD). After you won/purchased the first item from us, you will have 7 days to combine all of the other auctions/items. When you are ready to checkout, please pay all your items in ONE combined payment and please DO NOT pay your items into separate payments. Please note that you will not receive combined shipping & handling savings and we cannot refund these charges if you checkout and pay for your items separately.
I would like my package to be shipped with a tracking number?
If you would like to receive a tracking number, please include an additional $2.00 USD fee for Registered Mail (per package). Without sending by registered post, the arrival of the item is at buyer's risk as we are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged items during shipment. So we are highly recommended to add the Registered Mail on your package.
I have seen something listed previously but can not find it now?
Please try searching the item title by using the search option in our eBay shop. If you can not find it, it may be out of stock since our system will re-list the item if stocks available.
Can I retract or cancel my bid?
If you made a mistake and want to cancel your bid, you can click on this link http://pages.ebay.com/help/buy/questions/retract-bid.html and fill out the "Bid Retraction Form" at bottom of the page.
I do not receive a response regarding my question?
Normally, we will reply your email within 24 hours except Saturday & Sunday. If you do not receive a response within 24 hours the most likely reason is: (1) you have changed your email address from the one that is registered with Ebay OR (2) you are using a block or filter that is blocking our response. So please disable any SPAM block or EMAIL filters otherwise our response may not be delivered.
Do you accept PayPal?
Yes, we accept PayPal (preferred).
Do you accept Money Order, Personal and Business Checks?
We are so sorry that we DO NOT accept Money Order, Personal and Business Checks from other countries since our bank will charge us at least $30 USD for deposit handling fee. So we can only accept payment from PayPal (preferred) or US Cash via Registered Mail.
How long do I have to checkout and pay for my item after the auction ends? You must pay for auction within 7 days or negative feedback will be posted reported to eBay as a non paying bidder. If an item is unpaid for within 7 working days of an auction closing, the sale of the item is revoked and the product re-listed on eBay.
When do you post feedback?
Positive feedback is left for customers who have left us positive feedback. As soon as we receive positive feedback from the customer, our system will automatically leave positive feedback in return. If you have any problems, before leaving neutral or negative feedback please contact us and we will help.
Can I return my purchase and receive a refund?
We are very sorry that all sales are final, so there will be no return or refund available.
I am the winning bidder of your item but I do not want my purchase anymore, can I cancel my order? EBay bids are legally binding agreements to purchase. We have to pay eBay fees for each transaction. The only way to receive a refund on these fees is to file a ?Non-Paying Bidder Alert?, which impacts negatively on you as a buyer. So we are very sorry that we cannot cancel any completed transaction. Please be careful with your bids to make sure that you want to purchase the item.
