Is there a Manufacturer's Warranty applied on these products?
A:
Item(s) does not have factory warranties, due to the fact that the
item was bought directly on a liquidation style buy. For any product issues or concerns contact us for replacements or repairs.
Q:
Can I ask for a discount if I wish to buy these products or
more merchandise?
A: All
items are priced in final and guaranteed with the lowest price and
in good condition. These merchandise were given a reasonable discounted
price that will inherit both buyer and seller a fair deal. In other
words, please do not ask for more discounts or trades.
Q:
What is your return policy?
A: Should
the product be defective, we must be notified within 3 days upon
arrival date. Ship it back and we will send a replacement, if proven
faulty after inspection. We will shoulder the return shipping cost.
In the event that the item was found non-defective and in perfect
condition after it went through Pro Audio Kingdom ’s warehouse,
there will be 15% restocking and re-packing fees plus any shipping
charges, shipping charges are non-refundable.
On
the occasion the item is defective after the third day you received
it, please refer to our warranty policy question above.
In
the event that the item gets damaged during the course of shipping,
again report it within 3 days upon arrival and we will claim a report
with the shipping company and you will get a replacement or refund
after proven that it was damaged during the course of its shipment.
Any
returns must be shipped back via trackable carrier such as UPS or
FedEx and must accompany all materials such as parts and accessories,
manuals and etc...
Please
enclose a copy of your original sales receipt such as PayPal receipt
or emails in the return box for faster reference.

What are the shipping details?
A: For
Standard Shipping. FedEx Ground, UPS Post or US Parcel Post are
the services we use. Shipping takes about 7-10 business days. STRICTLY
NO INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING. US domestic shipping only except for
Alaska, Puerto Rico and Hawaii. And no P.O. Box address. We ship
to PayPal confirmed address only.

Alaska, Puerto Rico and Hawaii, contact us for additional charges
before placing an order.

Can I arrange a pick-up for the merchandise?
A: Unfortunately,
pick-ups are discouraged for the reason that we need the signature
confirmation cards for our own records. |
