We need a physical street address for domestic delivery and will not ship to PO Boxes without prior arrangement. International packages only ship with USPS Priority Mail International or Express Mail International. We cannot ship via surface mail.

If you believe this product is defective, you should return it to the Garmont Authorized Outlet Store with receipt of purchase. If your product is found to be defective in materials or workmanship it will be replaced or repaired at Garmont Authorized Outlet Store's discretion, free of charge. Damage caused through mistreatment or improper maintenance is not covered by this guarantee. Garmont will quote a repair or replacement cost and delivery charge.

If you feel you have a defective product, please call the toll free number, 1-888-655-4443, to obtain a Return Authorization number. Items sent to Garmont Authorized Outlet Store without a Return Authorization number written clearly on the outside of the box will take a longer time to process.
