Damaged or faulty items have will be replaced, please contact us within 14 days of purchase

Delivery is either via a courier service or Royal Mail.

Royal Mail is standard parcel delivery, this is 3 to 5 working days

The courier service is standard 48 hour delivery. Two Attempts will be made to deliver, then pickup at the depot will be required.

We only ship to the delivery address you provide in ebay so please ensure this is up to date before you pay for the product. After this point it can't be changed. This is to protect both the buyer and us from fraud.

Refunds and Cancellations

For non faulty/non damaged items you may cancel your order for any reason up to 14 working days after the date of delivery. This is in line with the Distance Selling Regulations.

Notification will be given by email of any items out of stock. An option of refund or place on back order will be provided

If you wish to cancel your order, contact us within 12 hours of placing it and providing the item has not been shipped we will provide a full refund.

If your Item has been shipped you still have the option to cancel. If you cancel your item after it as been shipped you as as the buyer will be responsable to return the item at your own cost and we the seller will refund minus the postage.

All orders canceled and returned will be inspected and refunded when we have received the item.
