REFUND POLICY

Our refund policy is simple; If you are unsatisfied for any reason you may return the item for a full refund within 5 days after receiving the item . Any jewelry that has been sized, set, unset or modified by the customer once they have received it is non refundable. All items must be returned in original condition. The refund will be made in the same form as the purchase was made. Sorry, but shipping, insurance and certification are non-refundable.

SHIPPING

We ship via USPD Priority mail or UPS ground. Most items are shipped the next business day following receipt of payment. Items are shipped with basic insurance, additional insurance is available at check out. At this time we can only ship to the US or Canada. If you have a rush need, please contact us for arrangements to meet your need.
