Here is how you measure for fit.
 
To check what size you should choose, measure yourself above bust- Place the measuring tape above the bust, across the chest, under the armpits and all the way around. If you have a long torso or a large chest (breasts) I usually recommend going up a size as the slings are made small.

MEDIUM 34in - 37in
