eDealmania Return/Exchange Policies: ONLY applies to the domestic and Canadian buyers

Please read the following return/exchange policies carefully before you bid or buy. Placing a bid or buying an item in our auctions means buyer agrees to the following policies:

For most of products except for desktop computers, printers and laptop computers, you can return/exchange within 30 days after purchase. Buyer has to email us for an approval within 14 days from the delivery date (according to the tracking page). For example, if the item is delivered on May 1, buyer has to email us before or on May 15. No return/exchange is allowed after that. After the approval is sent, we have to receive the item within the next 14 days. No refund/exchange will be made if the package is late, and we will not ship it back unless buyer pays the fee.

For desktop computers, printers and laptop computers, the return/exchange can be accepted within 7 days after purchase. No refund/exchange will be made if the package is late, and we will not ship it back unless buyer pays the fee.

For exchanging/returning the unsatisfied or defective items, buyer pays the shipping fee to send back to us.

For exchanging a defective item, we will ship the replacement with no extra charge, subject to the item's availability. If the item is out of stock, the only option will be a refund, which is subjected to the next policy.

For returns, the shipping fee that the buyer paid is not refundable. Insurance (if any) is not refundable.

For return/exchange, the buyer is responsible for packing returns carefully. Failure to do so, regardless of the item’s condition, we will charge up to 60% of the item’s final price for the restocking fee.

All returns with missing part (including, but not limited to, original manufacturer packing materials, user manuals and software CD-ROM) will not be processed until the part is received.

Any package rejected by the carrier, regardless of the reason, will be treated as a return order.

The following items are not allowed for return/exchange if opened:

• Batteries
• DVD Disc
• Battery charger with batteries included
• Computer software
• Video games

All policies above will be strictly followed with no exception.
