We accept PayPal, Checks, and Money Orders. We reserve the right to hold checks for up to 10 days to allow them to clear. International Money Orders should be payable in US Dollars.

Shipping

Within the United States
We ship either via US Postal Service or UPS, Monday through Friday. Most items ship within 24 hours of payment. We try to select the most cost effective solution to get your purchase to you safely and in a timely fashion, however we sometimes make a mistake and need to select a shipping carrier or method other than what is listed in our auctions.

Outside the United States
We gladly ship worldwide! Items will be sent via US Postal Service International First Class or International Priority Mail. International Express shipping is available, please contact us for a specific quote. We fill out customs forms based on the closing price of an auction. You will be responsible for paying any customs fees or duties.

We've had difficulty recently with shipments to Italy. If your purchase is going to Italy, it must be insured and paid for with a money order. Our last several shipments to Italy have taken around 45 days to be delivered, so be advised it may take quite a while for your item to delivered.

Items Damaged in Shipping
We try very hard to make sure items arrive safely, but please let us know as soon as possible if there is a problem! Please save the broken item, the box, and all packing materials until we notify you otherwise. Many items will be insured during shipment and the carrier may want to  inspect the item or package. We will do our best to make it right!

Customer Service & Returns

Your satisfaction is guaranteed. Please, contact us with any questions or problems with your purchase. We do accept returns -- please notify us within 3 days of receiving your shipment. When the item is returned we will issue your refund. Shipping fees will only be refunded if we failed to properly describe the item. It is your responsibility to safely package all returns.

Feedback

We understand the importance of eBay's feedback system. It is our philosophy that a  transaction is not complete until you receive your item. We use a system that will automatically leave positive feedback for you after you have left positive feedback for us. If you feel the need to leave other that positive feedback, please let us know first! We will do our best to make things right.
