What do the DSR Feedback Stars mean?
The "Detailed Seller Rating" feedback stars are there to help eBay determine who the honest sellers are. Sellers with less than 4.8 stars in all areas are penalized with higher fees. By leaving 5 stars for each area of service, including "shipping & handling charges", you are actually helping to keep costs down, which in turn means the best possible prices for you. We strive to be your Five Star seller!
Do you combine shipping for a discount?
Yes we do! Just pay first highest shipping then each additional item ships for only $1.00 (USA customers). International combined shipping rate is 2.00 each additonal after first highest.
When will my order be shipped?
All paid orders will ship within the same 24hr day your payment clears. Candy-Wraps Lingerie prides itself on fast shipping.
How long will it take to receive my order?
The delivery of your order depends on your location. Most US orders are typically delivered in 5-7 business days. International packages typically take 10-15 days, sometimes longer depending customs delays.
How discrete is the packaging my order will ship in?
All of our orders ship in plain envelopes or boxes with no mention of the types of products that are in the package itself. The return address label includes only the sellers name and address, not our business name. Be assured that Candy-Wraps ships your order as discretely as possible!
Do you have the item I want in stock?
If you see it on our auctions or in our store, we have it! However, under very rare circumstances, our inventory may be off. If this happens, we'll try to send your item as quickly as possible or you can opt out of the sale.
How will I know if an item will fit me?
All of our products have the size mentioned in the listings. If you have a question about size, please contact us through the eBay contact form. Most "one size" items fit size Small to Medium best, not Large or Extra Large.
Can I return or exchange an item?
Our #1 priority is YOU, our customer. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase and would like to return an item for a refund or an exchange, please contact us through the eBay contact form. Candy-Wraps will NOT accept returns if the item has been worn, washed, altered, smells of perfumes, lotions, smoke or if more than 5 days has passed since receiving your order.
Candy-Wraps cannot accept returns on any panties, thongs, or similar intimate items due to health regulations.
Items must be returned in the original package and be in the condition in which they were received in order to receive an exchange or refund.
Who is responsible for shipping costs on returns and exchanges?
All shipping costs on returns and exchanges are the responsibility of the customer. Candy-Wraps will not pay for any return shipping costs or offer refunds based on return shipping costs.
How can I pay for my purchase?
We accept PayPal and credit card payments made through PayPal. We also except mail-in Money Orders from the US only. Money orders must be US money orders.
