A -Yes you do. Shipping for each additional item is US$2.00.
Q - Do you ship to APO/ FPO?

Q - Do you ship outside US? Do you ship Internationally? Do you ship to a
particular country?

Resizing
Q - Do you provide resizing?
A - We do not provide resizing. We ask that you get the ring resized by your
local jeweler.
Q - I like this ring, but do you have my size available in this ring?
A - We usually carry only one size for a given ring. You can see the size of the
ring in the item descriptions. Most of the rings can be resized. You can also place
a custom order for most of the rings in your size. Custom orders may take upto 8
weeks to process.
Q - Can this ring be resized?
A - Generally most of our rings can be resized 2 full sizes up or down (e.g.
from size 8 to size 6 or size 10). Eternity bands are not resizable, rings
with Princess Cut Diamonds also require extra caution while resizing.

Returns
Q - I would like to return my item for a refund, how do I go about doing
this?
A - In order to return your item please email us at ebay@zewars.com.

Q - I received an item that was not as described or is misrepresented.
What do I do?
A - We take great care in describing our Jewelry. If you believe that the item
your received was not as described (this could include Diamond Quality, Metal
Type or size), please send us a signed letter from a certified gemologist
explaining the misrepresentation and we will issue you a full refund.
Q - I received the Jewelry but it is defective. What do I do?
A - In case you have received a defective piece (for example missing diamond),
please contact us immediately via email at ebay@zewars.com.
We will send you instructions on how to proceed.

Payment Q - I want to
pay with my credit card, how do I go about doing this?
A - To pay via credit card, please send us an email at ebay@zewars.com and we will send you a link
to pay securely with your credit card.
Q -Your listing says you accept credit card and money order in addition to
paypal, however the item I want to buy requires immediate payment through paypal.
I am interested in buying the item but I would like to use credit card or money
order. How do I go about buying and paying for the item?
A - In some cases we require immediate payment to discourage Non paying bidders.
