In April 2008 eBay changed their policy regarding the listing of digitally delivered products for all sellers. Digital products that can be downloaded are no longer permitted to be listed on the regular auction site.

We strenuously oppose this policy especially since eBay offered a completely ridiculous explanation that digital goods are cheap to produce and easily subject to fraud.

Our products took hundreds of hours to write and compile at a cost of thousands of dollars. And, no more subject to fraud than selling blackmarket or pirated clothes, purses, watches or anything else.

Incidentally, eBay was found guilty of selling fake designer goods by the French courts. eBay is appealing the decision. However, the point is made. Fraud is certainly not restricted to digital merchandise.

In order to maintain our products in the regular auction and fixed price listings we have contracted to have all of our digital products made available on CD-ROM.

Naturally the price of the product is higher because of the cost to produce and ship the item. However, the quality of the CD-ROM products are exceptional. They are NOT a cheap CD with a cheap self-stick label. Each CD is professionally recorded with an engraved label, in a clear-cover jewel case and shrink wrapped.
