If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact me. Items may be returned within 7 days of receipt. Refund will be for merchadise amount only unless a prior arrangement is made. If an item is damaged in shipping and you purchased insurance, the buyer is responsible for filing a claim with the post office in accordance with the Insurance Claim Guidelines posted on the USPS website. If this happens, please contact me as I will provide any additional documentation the post off may require. |
