So Ebay has come up with what seemed like a really good idea at the time I'm sure... the Detailed Seller Rating or DSR.
When you leave feedback for a seller you will have the option of also rating them in 4 categories with from 1 to 5 stars with 5 being the best.
Like any reasonable person according to the wording ebay uses you would think 4 stars was a wonderful rating to give, but the truth is a 4 is not good in ebay's eyes. In order to maintain being a powerseller I have to stay above 4.5.
Fortunately most of my customers are happy with the service I provide, but the sticky area is shipping cost. Please understand I do not think the shipping charges the US Postal Service is charging us are reasonable, but bear in mind you are rating me and not them. I add only $1 - 1.50 handling charge which covers delivery confirmation, packaging materials and ink.
So when leaving that shipping star please rate me and not the post office and if you still think my shipping cost is not very reasonable send me an email first and let's discuss it ok?
I am near the computer most days, all day, so any questions you have will be answered promptly. I never mind being told I have a description wrong! I love getting correct information, always love hearing about the history of an item also.
If there is anything I can do to make your buying experience better just send me a note. If I have not provided you 5 star service in all categories please please let me know, it's the only way I can know what I need to improve in. My email address is Danni@Udderlygoodstuff.com and you can even give me a call at 520-488-8747.
