Q:Why buy from Titanium Ring Store?

Q:When can I expect my order to arrive?
A:We typically ship the next business morning after payment is received. Typical delivery time for standard domestic shipping is 3-6 business, for Express shipping it is overnight to most cities and 2nd day to rural cities.
Q:What is your return policy?
A:From the time the customer receives the item, they have 30 days to inspect & contact us and request a RAN. The refund will be Bid Price only. If the item offers free shipping, refund will be bid price minus $3.95 or if free Express shipping is offered, refund will be bid price minus $16.95. Shipping, handling and insurance are non-refundable.
Q:Can Titanium and Tungsten be resized?
A:Due to the hardness and composition of the metals, they can not be resized. Also, we do offer a size exchange policy.
Q:What if the ring size I receive does not fit?
A:We offer a size exchange policy. If after you receive your item and the size is off you may exchange it for a size 9, 10, or 11 for a $5.00 fee (domestic shipments) if the item is in stock or you may choose a similar item. All you have to do is send us an email and we will send you instructions.
Q:Can the bracelet be sized smaller?
A:Most of our bracelets can be adjusted by your local professional jeweler by removing the pins that hold the links together (similar to a metal watch band). Please ask prior to bidding if the bracelet you are interested in can be sized.
Q:What if we want to send a money order/cashiers check?
A:Sorry, due to eBay policy changes, we no longer accept cashiers checks or money orders.
Q:Do you provide a jewelry box?
A:Yes. We provide a lovely box for your jewelry.
Q:How quickly do you respond to emailed questions?
A:We receive many emails daily. They are answered in the order received. All emails are usually answered within 24 hours M-F.
Q:Do you offer local pick-up?
A:Unfortunately, we currently do not offer local pick-up.
Q:Do you offer engraving?
A:Sorry we do not. You may get your ring laser engraved at your local professional jeweler.
Q:Do you offer a combined shipping discount?
A:Yes, our combined shipping rates are as stated in the shipping section of the auction.
Q:Why are your prices so low?
A:We are wholesale manufacturers of mens jewelery and use eBay as one of our outlets for overstocked items. By buying direct you are eliminating any "middle men" and other traditional mark-ups that you would find in a jewelery store.
