How can I combine my items to save on shipping?
We use eBay checkout for your convenience.
Combined shipping discounts will be automatically applied for all items
won/purchased within 3 days of each other and paid for together. When you
have won all items you intend to purchase, simply click on Checkout/Pay Now from the item page or your My eBay page to pay for your auctions. Please remember that items must be paid for all in one order to combine shipping.
Do you ship Internationally?
Yes! We ship WORLDWIDE except where noted in our Legal Disclaimer for Stun Guns and some defense items.
Can I choose my shipping method?
Yes! For USA orders we offer both USPS First Class or Priority Mail. For international orders, we offer International First Class or Global Priority Mail.
When will you ship my order?
We ship daily Monday - Friday within 24hrs of cleared payment.
When will I receive my order?
Delivery times vary by delivery method and time of year. Average transit times are listed below:
Priority Mail (USA): 2-3days USPS First Class Mail (USA): 3-7 days USPS Parcel Post (USA): 3-7 days UPS Ground (USA): 2-5 days Global Priority Mail (Worldwide): 5-7 days Global Air Mail (Worldwide): 7-14 days
We are located in Bethlehem, PA so the closer you are to our location, the faster delivery should be. Please see the US Postal Service website or UPS website for further details on average transit times.
Can I pick up my order?
We're sorry but we do not allow pick up service.
Can you use my carrier account to ship my items?
We cannot accept any carrier account numbers for shipment. All shipping charges must be paid through our order process prior to shipment.
Do you guarantee delivery by a specific date or holiday?
We process all paid orders promptly but do not guarantee delivery dates. All couriers may experience longer transit times during holidays. Please check with UPS or USPS for recommended shipment dates for holiday delivery.
What is your Return Policy?
Returns are only accepted for nonworking/defective items and only on orders that purchased shipping insurance (No Insurance = No Return).
If you purchased insurance and received a defective item, email us within 3 days of item receipt. If we can't solve your problem, we'll email you a Return Authorization Number, then you simply send the product back to us - with all parts, materials and original packaging - for a prompt refund.
Shipping and insurance fees are nonrefundable. If an item is returned in working condition, abused or missing components we reserve the right to charge a 25% restock fee or refuse the return.
How do I return an item under warranty?
Please email us for Warranty Return Instructions. Do not simply return the item to us, as some manufacturers require return directly to them. We will email Warranty Return Instructions specific to your particular item(s).
What if I received the wrong item?
Please notify us via email immediately with the order number or Item number so we can correct your order.
