We are happy to combine shipping for
multiple purchases, when available. **Please note that not all items can be
combined into one shipment. Costs for combining shipping will vary depending on
the items purchased. We provide tracking information, when available.
Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)
How are my shipping costs determined? We work hard every day to bring you the lowest
possible shipping cost. The shipping
cost for most items is based on the item's size, weight, shipping method, and
delivery address. We calculate the estimated shipping cost with our
lowest-price shipping method and assume all items in your cart are going to one
address. If you select a different shipping method or multiple addresses, your
actual shipping cost may be higher. You will see your actual shipping
cost as soon as you select your preferred method
with the shipping calculator in your Shopping cart & during checkout.
What if I'm not shipping to
my billing address? If your order is
shipping to an address other than the billing address on your credit card, we
may contact you to list the alternate address with your credit card company.
This helps prevent fraudulent use of your credit card. To list the alternate
address with your credit card company, just call the 800 number on the back of
your card and ask the agent to add the address to the notes on your account.
Listing the address before you place an order helps us process your order more
quickly.
An Item Is Missing from my order. Sometimes because of varying item sizes
& fragility, you may receive more than one shipment when you place an order
with multiple items. We will not charge you extra for split shipments. If you still have questions about items
missing from your order, please contact
us we will be happy to help you.
My Order Didn't Arrive. Orders shipped through our Priority and UPS options
can be tracked on our shipping carriers' Web sites. We provide tracking numbers
upon request. If you still have
questions about an order that has not arrived, please contact us and we will be happy to
help you.
My Item Arrived Damaged. We are committed to your total shopping
satisfaction & do our best to describe all items to the best of our
ability. If your item arrives damaged,
please contact us immediately, so
we can begin the claims process.
International customers:
We ship either USPS Priority Mail International or First Class International for all shipments. Please email us for a
shipping quote before purchase, if the cost is not shown in our listings.

Insurance
Insurance is included up to $100
value. Additional insurance for values
greater than $100 is optional, but recommended for most of our
items. However, if you opted not to
purchase insurance, we will not be held liable for any damage or loss &
a refund will not be issued. A refund will be issued once the claim has
processed by the shipping company. **Please note that claim processing can take up to 30 - 45
days, depending on the shipping company & if it was sent within the US or
Overseas. Return shipping costs (insured) are the responsibility of the buyer.
Please do not return any items, except upon our request.
If a gross misrepresentation is claimed, item must be returned to us in the
same condition that it left our hands. Returned items that are damaged upon
receipt, will not qualify for a refund.

Refunds
Refunds are provided only if you
receive the wrong item(s), if they have been damaged/lost in shipping, or a
gross misrepresentation of the item has been made. Refunds are for purchase
price only -- Shipping charges are not refundable except if you
were sent an incorrect, damaged or defective product.
We are not here to hold your hand & buyer's remorse is not a legitimate
excuse for a return or refund.
**If
your merchandise is damaged when received or is never received & insurance
was purchased, please notify us via email within 48 hours of delivery (we have tracking
information to provide us with the delivery date) & a claim will be filed.
