Accepted forms of payment are PayPal (PayPal ID: info@thejewelrycasket.com), PayPal echecks, or credit card (Visa/MasterCard, Discover, American Express). A PayPal echeck must clear before your package will be sent. Payment must be received within 10 days of order. Personal checks and money orders are no longer accepted. Please do not send cash.
Sales tax is automatically calculated for California residents.
The Jewelry Casket ships via the United States Postal Service (USPS) Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Purchases made on Friday will be shipped the following Monday. You have the option of having your items sent by First Class or Priority Mail. If you need something sent via Express Mail, send an eBay message to before bidding and I will see what I can do.
Items are typically shipped within one business day of receiving your cleared payment. Domestic and international shipping is calculated by weight, plus a nominal handling fee to cover packing materials (and a Certificate of Mailing for international packages). Insurance is optional for domestic customers only, and is recommended. The Jewelry Casket is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. Please see the table below for insurance fees.
Combine shipping and save! In-stock items shipped together are cheaper to send than several packages. Buyers can send one combined payment for all items purchased within a 7-day period. Just message when you have finished shopping, and a combined shipping invoice will be sent to you. Please note pre-sale items (usually Alchemy Gothic items that are not physically in stock) are not eligible for combined shipping discounts.
First Class
Packages up to 13 ounces are eligible for First Class Shipping. Your package should arrive in 2 - 5 days.
Priority Mail
Packages 70 pounds or less are eligible for Priority Mail Shipping. Your package should arrive in 2 - 3 days.

Express Mail
Packages 70 pounds or less may be eligible for Express Mail Shipping. This guaranteed overnight to two-day service includes tracking, proof of delivery, and insurance up to $100.00. Delivery to many destinations is available 365 days a year with no extra charge for Saturday, Sunday, and holiday delivery. Shipping charges start at $17.00 for packages weighing one-half pound or less. Buyer MUST have a confirmed address.
Please note that your payment still needs to clear before I will ship your package, regardless of the shipping method you choose.
