Tracking The Delivery Status

You can track the delivery status by going to the homepage for your home country post office such as http://www.usps.com/shipping/trackandconfirm.htm for USA and  https://obc.canadapost.ca/emo/basicPin.do?language=en for Canada, and then searching by using delivery number provided by us.

The limitation of website for tracking package is that the tracking number will be shown when the package has arrived the post office. So, if the status shown "There is no record of this item. " or "Unfortunately we could not find your tracking number in our system.", it means "During shipment. Your item has not arrived your home country post office yet."

Remark: For customers in USA, we have a few experiences that the tracking number haven't been shown although they have received the packages.
