Purchase and Return Policies

Purchasing

1. All products are for show or race purposes only, they are all brand new aftermarket parts (unless noted "used")
2. Winning bidders must pay within 5 days of the purchase or eBay will be notified
3. We cannot ship any auto body pieces without a phone number
4. Please do not combine shipping without first contacting us, many of the products we carry are not eligible for combined shipping rates
5. We do not ship to APO's or P.O. Box's, sorry but our freight companies do not deliver to them
6. We have the max allotted time mentioned in the listing description to get you your item
7. If an item is on backorder we will refund your money or offer you alternatives
8. All body pieces are not returnable if they have been modified or painted in any way

Damages

• Fiberglass parts, carbon fiber parts, abs plastic parts, or any auto body pieces must be examined by you in front of the driver of the freight company
• The freight company will call you first to make an appointment
• The driver will drop the item off, you must open the package in front of the driver before he/she leaves
• The damage must be noted by the driver before he/she leaves
• If the driver is not cooperative please contact us immediately
• There are NO EXCEPTIONS to this procedure

Fitment Issues

• If your body kit pieces does not fit, please contact us so we can further assist you, please have the part # ready if it is written on the bumper or packaging
• Put the part up to your vehicle and take several pictures, the pictures must include the whole piece up to the car so it is fully visible. E-mail us the pictures at tunersoutlet@hotmail.com
• If you vehicle has been in any type of collision the kits will not fit normally, that is why we will only accept returns authorized by a body shop or body kit specialist
• Our customer service group will take a look at the pictures and then process the exchange if eligible
• Keep in mind if the item is altered, cut, shaved or painted in any way it cannot be exchanged for any reason

Returns

1. All sales are final. There are no returns or exchanges offered unless the item is damaged or you receive the wrong item
2. If you receive the wrong item please have the package in it's original delivered state and we will have the item picked up asap, when we receive the item back we will ship out the correct item, this process may take 1-3 weeks
