Do you stock all of the items listed in your auctions and store postings?

Yes.  If an item is posted or listed in the SWELL Store, you can be assured that we do have it in stock and ready to ship as soon as your payment has been received.

Has my payment been received?
Payments made by Paypal are instantanious.  After making your payment, please double check your Paypal account to make sure that your payment went through. 

Payments sent via mail will take 1-2 weeks to arrive.   

How much is postage to Canada if I mail my payment?
Postage is $0.60 to Canada from USA. If you use a regular $0.37 stamp your letter will likely bounce back to you and cause a delay in getting your payment to us.

What are my shipping costs?
Shipping costs are listed in 100% of our postings. The default shipping amounts shown on eBay check-out and Paypal invoices are for all Canadian and United States addresses. If you live outside or these areas, shipping will be more expensive and will be listed in the body of the posting. Please check your posting for the appropriate shipping amount.

Make sure to take advantage of DISCOUNTS with COMBINED SHIPPING. For multiple item purchases, our policy is to charge the full shipping amount for the item with the most expensive shipping charge.  For all subsequent items, simply add the discounted shipping rate, which is listed in all of our postings. 

Has my item shipped?
As soon as your item(s) ship, positive feedback will be posted on your account, which will also include the shipment date, so please check your feeback before asking if your purchases have been shipped.

We ship merchandise to our clients 2-3 times a week. In some cases items are shipped on the same day that payment is received. In other cases, it may take up to 3 days after payment has been received for items to ship.

How long will shipping take?
We are located in Toronto, Canada and we use a number of different services for shipping around the world.

Within Canada we use regular Canada Post parcel mail and delivery timelines will vary based on geographical distances from our office. Our standard delivery time for Canadian destinations is 1-2 weeks. 

US orders are shipped via Canada Post Air Mail, which takes 1-3 weeks for delivery.  Delivery could potentially take longer if your shipment is held by U.S. Customs for inspection.  This is very rare, however it has happend in the past from time-to-time. 

International orders are shipped via Canada Post Air Mail and require 2-4 weeks for delivery on average, depending on the destination. 

Should I purchase shipping insurance?
We highly recommend that shipping insurance be purchased.  We package all items securely for shipment and will not be held responsible for lost or damaged packages caused by our shipper for uninsured items.  Shipping insurance is $2.00 for the first $50.00 in shipment value and $1.00 for each $50.00 in additional insurance required. 

What is your refund/return policy?
Refunds will only be issued for lost or damaged shipments that have been insured.  We will not be he held responsible for uninsured items once they leave our office and will not issue refunds should you choose not to insure your shipments. 

Where applicable, our policy for lost/damaged insured shipments or for merchandise that is defective upon arrival is to provide replacement product.  If we are not able to replace the defective item, we will promptly provide you with a full refund. 

All defective merchandise must be returned by standard parcel post for inspection before product replacement or a refund is granted.  Refunds will not be granted until the item has been received and inspected.  We will also reimburse you for standard parcel post if the item is deemed to be defective.     

If you receive an item in error, we will assume all costs in returning the item for exchange or refund. Again, we will only reimburse for standard parcel post delivery.  Exchange or refund will only be provided once the parcel has been received.
