the PayPal rule, according to eBay, is for auctions that are picked up in

Buyer pays all shipping costs.
Most auctions will have multiple shipping options, and the cost will be
based on the eBay Shipping Calculator. Some auctions have flat rate
shipping costs. Insurance is always optional at actual cost. We are not responsible for any damage or loss that occurs once the package leaves our hands if insurance is not purchased. |

6% state sales tax will be
added to all items shipped to or billed to a Pennsylvania address.

We will combine shipping to
save on postage whenever possible. We will combine shipping for
