must have pleats still tacked down for size exchanges/refunds.
Size
exchanges must get authorization, and must include return shipping. We may, at our discretion, decline to make an exchange and issue a refund instead. Some items are not eligible for exchanges or refunds, this will be clearly indicated on the item listing. Please note we only list a small percentage of our inventory on eBay- only our website has our full product line. |

Buyer
Pays Shipping. We are happy to combine shipping ONLY IF all items
are paid for in a SINGLE payment, and the items are purchased no more
than a few days apart. Correct procedure is to WAIT for us to create a
combined invoice. We unfortunately cannot offer retroactive shipping discounts.
Please
bid only on the item you actually want- do not bid on an item with the
intent of substituting a different size/tartan, as the item you really
want may not be in stock. (it also complicates our inventory
process)
