Store Policies: Payments, Shipping and Insurance, Returns, and Feedback


Payments

We accept payments by PayPal.  You may combine purchases for up to 7 days to save money on shipping costs. If you decide to take advantage of this, please let us know. When you have completed your purchases, simply click on 'Pay Now' in your list of items won. When your invoice is presented for your review, be sure to look at the shipping charges. If you have purchased a large number of small items or several items that are relatively heavy, the system may not have correctly calculated the actual cost of combined shipping ... if in doubt, please request a final invoice from us before paying so that we may adjust the shipping charge if necessary.

Shipping and Insurance 

We use USPS Priority Mail. Please contact us if you wish to discuss an alternative shipping method. When you checkout, you will be able to use a Shipping Rate Calculator to determine your shipping charges. Also, you may add shipping insurance at this time. While shipping insurance is strongly recommended for most items, it may be required for extremely rare items.

Return Policy - If you're not happy, we're not happy!

We want you to be pleased with each purchase, and hope that you'll become a regular customer for a very long time. If there is a problem with an item that you purchase, please contact us immediately so that we can work with you to find a remedy. If it is necessary to return an item, please ship it back to us within 7 days, pack the shipment carefully and send it via USPS Priority Mail with shipping insurance. When your return shipment arrives in good condition, we will issue a refund for the purchase price; however, shipping and insurance charges are non-refundable.

Feedback

We invite you to review our Feedback prior to placing a bid or making a purchase. We want you to feel confident about your transaction. We work hard to maintain our good reputation, and we hope that you will respond positively to our efforts by leaving positive feedback about our products and service. If you ever encounter a problem, we urge you to contact us right away. We will address any issue that you might have, and will make every effort to earn your positive feedback. Satisfied customers are our best advertisement!
