Our house is on the market and my priority right now is keeping the house in "show" condition. This disables me from keeping the 'cling factory' going strong so there will occasionally be delays in getting these made. I have to constantly put the stuff away when the house is being shown so it may be 2 WEEKS before the clings are at your door. I may close the store intermittently so if you come back and see nothing just know that your order is in process and/or on its way. If you need to email me, keep your items in the "items I am watching" category and you can email me through those saved auctions.
Please keep in mind that clings are made after you place you order so there will be 2-3 days (at least ) and MAY BE UP TO 2 WEEKS depending upon how many orders are coming in - first come orders are made first- they have to be cured enough for mailing. Just wanted you to keep that in mind when ordering so that you order early if needed for certain dates. If ordering for a certain date, please let me know so I can let you know if that is feasible.
All other items will be shipped upon receipt of payment.
If you are purchasing plants and it is freezing where you live, please do not write me an email stating that the plant is cold or frozen. Only you know if it is freezing at your home. I can not be the judge of that.
No warranty on live plants, they are all in excellent condition upon shipping (unless otherwise discussed between us).......I can not be responsible for their care in your home or lack of. Remember every auction has explicit instructions, read them and take heed. I will not send instructions with plant as your auction description will suffice. I am quite easy to get along with as you can tell from feedback so communication is always the key. 99% are sent bare root but water a little extra the first week or so and you'll see they'll bounce back. I don't sell any plant that can not withstand the travel (minus a little shock that watering can't cure).
Insurance is furnished upon request only. If you feel you have an items that needs insurance, please request it. Do not ask to reap the benefits of insurance if you did not buy it. Post office issues $50 insurance for $1.65.
One more note: Shipping has gone up so please don't leave poor feedback regarding shipping charges when shipping is clearly shown. If you are aware of shipping costs and purchase the item, then it is not too much because you would have purchased elsewhere ......let's be fair. It costs $1.52 to mail one (1) ounce with delivery confirmation>>the bubble envelope costs 35cents, the little ziploc that packages each seed order is 7cents........so.......$2 shipping (yes, even if it just one variety of seeds) is not excessive. Call the extra 6cents my labor for collecting, drying and bagging the seeds. Lets not forget: any amount of seed auctions you buy on the same invoice, ships for the same $2.
Again, if you purchase a product and the price for shipping is clearly stated, please don't leave low remarks for shipping costs..if you were willing to pay it, then it was not excessive....you may not be aware that shipping is quite high if you don't ship yourself and many times, I will actually lose money on shipping. Once again, if you feel shipping is excessive, don't buy - find someone that you will be willing to leave good feedback for that has lower shipping.
