| Q:1) When can I expect my order to arrive? |

| A:All orders are shipped via USPS, unless otherwise noted. US delivery time averages 2 to 14 business days, international orders vary depending on location. Most orders ship within 48 hours of payment, we ship every other day, Monday thru Friday. |
| Q:2) What is your return policy? |
|
| A:Returns will be accepted only if a mistake is made on our part - if you receive the wrong size or color or quantity or an item. Please message us if this happens to you, and we'll begin the return process as soon as possible. A detailed return policy can be found in every listing. |
| Q:3) Do you combine shipping or offer shipping discounts? |
|
| A:Yes; base shipping fee is the highest shipping of all the items you won, and $1 added for each additional item. All items must be paid together and you must request a combined invoice to receive the combined shipping discount. If you're having problems requesting an invoice, email us and we'll work out a modified invoice for you. |
| Q:4) Can I get this in a different color/size then what I bought? |
|
| A:No, it's against eBay policy to allow buyers to choose the size, shape, color, ect. from a single auction. We do have listings for every color and size we carry for each item, and we accept all reasonable best offers. |
| Q:5) Do you do custom auctions? |
|
| A:Yes; contact us about the items you're interested in buying, and we'll gladly create a listing for you. There is a $5 dollar minimum on all custom auctions. If you can't find it in our store, contact us and we'll let you know if we have it in our office or help you find it. |
| Q:6) Do you ship internationally? |
|
| A:Yes; all listings have shipping costs for the countries we ship to. They are shipped with the appropriate customs forms marked as "piercing supply". We will not ship your package as a gift internationally, as it is illegal to do so. |
| Q:7) How can I pay? |
|
| A:Paypal or via local pickup. We DO NOT accept personal checks, money orders, or cashier's checks, we will send it back and ban you from our store if you do send one. |
| Q:8) Will you leave me feedback? |
|
| A:Yes; feedback is automatically reciprocated when we receive it from you. |
| Q:9) It's been almost 2 weeks; where's my item? |
|
| A:Certain items are not always in stock, so we have to reorder them from our suppliers. If it hasn't been shipped in 2 weeks, we will contact you about the hold-up. Large gauge items, titanium, and needles are most often reordered. |
| Q:10) I don't want this item anymore, can I just not pay you? |
|
| A:DO NOT bid on an item if you don't intend to buy it. All non-paying bidders will be reported to eBay, which may result in termination or suspension of your account. |
| Q:11) Why am I banned from your store? |
|
| A:We have certain buyer requirements set on our store, to eliminate non-paying bidders and rude customers. If you don't fall under that category, remember that we reserve the right to block you for any reason. Kindness and manners will get you the same in return; we will block you if it seems like you will cause a potential problem for us. |
| Q:12) My item broke after you shipped it to me, will you give me a refund? |

| A:No; the only way we can refund you is if you purchased insurance on the item. |
| Q:13) This doesn't look like the picture! |

| A:WE ARE NOT SELLING .JPEGS ON OUR EBAY. Please read ALL of the item description before purchasing an item for specifics. The pictures we use are only to represent the style of an item. |

| A:We are not responsible for the misuse of these items. They are intended for professional use only, if you aren't familiar with these items, contact a local professional for assistance. |
