The Delco Loc II radios that we ship out will have the codes removed entirely from them. The new Data, Class II system for the retention of vehicle features radio will have the memory entirely cleared from them when necessary, but they will still have to be put on a TECH II so that the radio can learn to communicate with the computer of the car it is put into, since all the car's information/options goes through the LED of the vehicle. This can be done at a dealer or anyone with a TECH II. We at Shores Electronics can do it for anyone in Southeastern Michigan. |
