Shipping Policy
We would ship to all postal address around the world. The shipment cost quoted in our listing are for North America and Europe. If you wish to ship to somewhere else please contact us for shipping quote.
1.0 Combined Shipment Discount
Combined shipment discount is calculated as below.
1.1 For Most Item
Shipment cost of the first item is always paid in full. For any additional items shipping together, add USD 4 (USD 6 for EMS).
i.e. If you bought 3 games, the S&H would be USD 7.99 + 4 x (3 - 1) = USD 15.99.
1.2 For Twin Sticks Controller / Board Game
These items are heavy and thus normally does not benefits from combined shipment. If you purchase additional software with them, you contact us for special shipping arrangement and possible discount in shipping.
2.0 Shipping Method
Two shipping methods are usually available. Please contact us for any special shipping arrangement.
2.1 Standard Shipping
Shipped via Registered Air Mail with delivery confirmation. Normally arrive in 3 weeks to a postal address in the States; 4 weeks for outside the States.
2.2 Expedited Shipping
Shipped via EMS (SpeedPost) with on line tracking and delivery confirmation. Normally arrive within 7 working days.
2.3 Local Shipping
We operate in Hong Kong. If you are shipping to a local Hong Kong postal address, please contact us for special shipping discount. It usually arrive within a single working day.
3.0 Insurance
Shipping insurance is compulsory for all purchases. Normally the premium is equal to 3% of the purchase price.
If you are shipping into a war zone (provided the post office is still providing service to that area), an extra loading in premium might required.
4.0 Tax
There is NO export tax for Hong Kong.
4.1 Import Tax & VAT (for UK Buyer)
You are relief from duty or VAT if the total purchase values is GBP 36 or less. You can avoid paying tax by having your items shipped in separate package, but then you won't benefits from the combined shipping discount. We have to declare the true value of the items being shipped since this is required by the insurance.
