Privacy Guarantee: We will never share any of your personal or financial information that you provide to us.

Payment options: We prefer Pay Pal. We also accept a money order or cashiers check. We will take your personal check but we cannot ship your product until your check has cleared.  Pay Pal is clearly the simplest way to do business but everybody has different needs and situations and we do try to make everybody happy.  We would feel really bad if your check doesn't clear in time and the product doesn't get to you as fast as you anticipated.  Even using e-checks through Pay Pal can take up to a week. 

Shipping: We do not make a profit when we ship our products to you.  Typically in the US, we use USPS Priority Mail with delivery confirmation. We have a modest handling charge of $1.50 with the first item and fifty cents for each additional item that you order.  We also offer other mailing options. Larger boxes can be shipped UPS.

Feedback: If you are happy with your purchase, kindly leave Feedback through eBay. Happy Pets - State College Embroidery will leave feedback for you after we are notified of your feedback. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please e-mail us with your concerns and we will work with you to resolve any issues to your satisfaction. If we do not hear from you within three days after delivery of your purchase, we will consider the sale to be final.
