Payment is due within 3 business days. Almost all items are shipped same or next day of payment. In some cases shipments requiring freight may take up to 3 or 4 days to be sent out. If you do not receive a tracking number automatically in the email address attached to your PayPal account, please let us know and we can get you one if you would like. ITEM DAMAGED DURING SHIPPING? First off, Don't worry. Every item we ship is completely insured against loss or damage. If it happens to you, write us an email describing the damage, attach at least three (3) pictures to it and send to return@slidegood.com. Once we receive your email we will review it and send you the appropriate papers to sign and send off to continue the claim. Claims usually take 3-5 weeks to process. RECEIVE THE WRONG ITEM? Just send us a friendly email or message to return@slidegood.com describing the situation and we will work quickly to resolve the issue. We have the right to choose to either replace or refund the product. Remember that we are here to work with you the best we can. DON'T WANT YOUR PARTS ANYMORE? You have three (3) days from the day you received the item(s) to contact us and initiate a return. You can send the part(s) back to us and we can refund you for the item minus a 35% deduction to cover restocking, re-listing and fees. The buyer is responsible for shipping both ways.
