WE COMBINE SHIPPING FOR ALL ORDERS!
(international orders the policies directly below do not apply)
For all domestic purchases up to four pounds we charge one flat rate of: $4.80 to ship priority mail.
If you go over that weight we will charge as per the cheapest USPS rate.
This occurance is rare, but if it does happen please wait for us to contact you.
We do not ship first class, we have had too many unfortunate mistakes
and too much lost mail this way, so please take note of this.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
We ship USPS global priority mail to the following countries:
Japan, China, Canada, and all members of the EU
If you are not included in this list but would like product please contact us.
Cost will be the cheapest available USPS rates.
An important note for ALL orders:
If your package is not recieved please contact us.
We will try to track it for you.
If you purchased an untrackable shipping service we will not be able to
track it for you.
(Example: First class international shipping)
We will not be held responsible for lost packages.
We will also not be held responsible for packages damaged by the post office.
Shipping insurance is available for these occasions.
If you feel we were negligent in packaging please contact us.
We care very much about the condition and reception of your product, and you as our customer.
So if there is any issue, for whatever reason, with your package
please do not hesitate to contact us about it!!
If you need time to select your purchases to take advantage of combined shipping
please let us know by e-mail or e-bay messages. We are very patient and will be more than happy to wait until you are finished shopping.
