The following is just the terms regarding shipping and handling.
Shipping and Handling
- Shipping and handling fees may vary depends on items. For shipping cost about individual items, please check back the item listing page and it is listed under the shipping and handling section.
- Fees charges for shipping and handling including service charge, transaction fees and etc. It is usually more than actual shipping cost.
- We ship within 24 hours upon clear of payment (usually the next business day)
- Buyer will receive a shipment notification after order is shipped. Email us if you do not get the shipment notification 2 days after payment is made.
- Any return / undeliverable address shipment will re-send after communication with buyer. We will notify buyer via email. Buyer is responsible for 2nd attempt of shipping if the mistake was made by buyer. We do not refund shipping charges under any circumstances.
Shipping within United States
United Parcel Service (UPS)
- Not available for Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Military Base, PO Box
- Tracking Number and insurance is included.
- UPS Ground, guarantee arrival within 5 business days after shipped.
- UPS 3 Day Select, guarantee arrival within 3 business days after shipped.
- UPS 2 Day Air, guarantee arrival within 2 business days after shipped.
- UPS Next Day Air, guarantee arrival next business day after shipped.
United States Postal Service (USPS)
- Insurance is optional but recommended. Packages without insurance ship at buyer’s own risk, we recommend UPS or Express Mail if you occasionally experience lost packages at your area.
- First Class Mail - no tracking available, buyer ships at their own risk. Please allow 3-14 business days for the postal service to deliver item as it is a standard piece of mail. Delivery period depending on destination location in the country relative to our shipping point of origin in St Paul, MN.
- Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation - estimated 2-5 days. Please allow 24 hours for USPS to scan your Delivery Confirmation Number into their computer systems before it is available for tracking. This method DOES NOT include insurance.
- Express Mail - next day guaranteed to most zip codes. Some zip codes may take 2 days. Express Mail provides tracking and insurance up to $100 at no additional cost.
International Shipment
- Insurance is optional but recommended.
- All shipment is default via USPS Regular Airmail. Regular airmail does not offer a method of tracking once it leaves the United States.
- Buyer is responsible for customs duty and taxes if any.
- Canada buyer may upgrade it to UPS Canada Ground - Usually deliver in 5-7 days, include insurance and tracking number
- Other buyers may upgrade it to USPS Global Express Mail - Include insurance and tracking number
Shipment Delay: For security reason, all international packages are being inspected before leaving United States. This will delay international shipment. Please understand that -- It is out of our control when the package is in transit. Customs clearance might be one of the reason delaying the package.
