- We Discount Shipping. Our formula is: price shown for the 1st item (highest price), then 1/2 price for 2nd and 3rd items, and FREE SHIPPING on the 4th item when in the same shipment. More than 4 items, please request an invoice and shipping quote, we will provide you the best deal. Majority of items are shipped USPS, but we also utilize FedEx and DHL to offer a better shipping price to our customers.
- On-line Tracking. We provide all customers an e-mail with on-line tracking from our address to yours. This assures eBay buyers this seller has shipped the item purchased and buyer can monitor tracking as it travels to their address.
- Gift Wrapping is FREE. We offer free gift wrapping for your special gift. Just let us know the message we need to include and gift occasion (anniversary, b'day, graduation, etc.). Also let us know gender of recipient (male/female/child).
- Insurance is optional but . . . .please consider the optional insurance. We cannot be responsible for items that are lost or damaged during shipment. If you pay for insurance item is 100% insured (US only).

- Our office hours. We are open Monday thru Friday 10am to 8pm CST. We are closed on weekends and most US holidays and some religious holiday's (ex: Good Friday). Items are not shipped on weekends, US holidays, vacations, family emergencies, during or after the event of natural disasters in this area (i.e., power outages, flood, tornado, hail, earthquake, ice, snow, etc.), until it is safe to ship.
