Can My Order Ship USPS? - Due to the inability to track shipments and delivery times, RockBottomGolf limits USPS shipping options to gloves and APO shipments only. Buyers electing USPS shipments have the choice of insured or uninsured parcels. Uninsured parcels are shipped at the customer's own risk, and RockBottomGolf will not be responsible for delivery issues as there is no claims process for uninsured USPS parcels.

Do I Have To Pay Duties/Taxes If I Am Ordering From Outside The United States? - You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Can I Have My International Order Shipped Via USPS? - RockBottomGolf does not ship merchandise via the USPS to international locations due to the inability to track shipments.

Why Are International Shipping Rates So High For Bulk Items? - International couriers base rates on the dimensional weight of a parcel. Therefore, the size and weight play a factor in determining the shipping weight of an item. Although many bulky items do not have a high scale weight, the size of the parcel is the determining factor in the shipping rate. For example, a bag with a scale weight of 12 lbs. has a shipping weight of 25 lbs. due to the package dimensions.

Payment is due within 7 days from the close of the auction for the value of the items purchased, selected shipping method and sales tax where applicable (NY 8%, NV 6.5% and VA 5%). Payment is accepted via the following methods:

While we would love to honor requests to substitute or exchange products, in the interest in maintaining the integrity of the eBay auction marketplace, we will deliver items as advertised.

In the event that you receive merchandise that is materially different than described or defective in any way, please notify us within three days of receipt and we will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and a pre-paid shipping label to cover return shipping charges.

All returns must be packaged securely for return and accompanied by a Return Authorization (RA) number. Parcels returned without an RA number will not be accepted.

Please Note: Returned merchandise must be in the condition in which it was received. Unfortunately, if you have hit a few balls, it just isn't new anymore!
