How do I pay for an item I won/purchased from Road Entertainment Inc.?

Every auction winner is sent a confirmation email from eBay, a Winning Buyer Notification. The message is sent to the email address registered with eBay. This email will outline the steps to pay for your item.  We offer three different ways to pay.

  • Paypal:
    Follow the instructions in the email. This is the fastest and easiest way to pay!
    Or send it to our Paypal account, paypal user id Sales@roadentertainment.com
  • Credit Card:
    We accept Visa or Master Card.  By phone or Fax

We usually receive checks 4 to 8 days after you put it in the mail.  Please keep in mind that we wait for your check to clear before the item is shipped which could take up to 10 days.

For payments made by Paypal, credit card, or money orders, the items are usually shipped within 24-48 hours during weekdays.  Please allow 6-10 days for delivery time.

For personal check purchases, we will wait for the check to clear (approximately 7 days) before shipping the item.

 

When can I expect to receive my item?

We ask that you allow 6-10 business days for your order to be delivered.  However, depending on which warehouse your order ships from and your location it could arrive sooner.  Keep in mind that holiday seasons can slow down a shipment by a few days due to the shipping company being overworked.

However if you do not receive your item within the 7 days please contact us.  We will do what we can to track down your order.

 

How can I track my item once it has been shipped?

Our items ship from 5 different warehouses across the country using many different shipping companies, in most cases tracking numbers are available for orders.  If a tracking number is available it will be sent to you via email. Please contact us if you do not receive your order after 7 days and we will track it down.

All shipping and insurance prices are listed either at the bottom of the auction page or top right side of the eBay auction.  Shipping prices are fixed and vary by item.

Insurance prices vary by item and are listed at the bottom of the auction page or top right side of every eBay auction. Although  it is optional we do recommend it for items that cost over a hundred dollars.

Because we ship merchandise from 5 different warehouses, we use different shipping companies.  Our items ship via UPS, FedEx, DHL. Because the warehouse your item will ship from determines the shipping company, it is very difficult for us to modify the shipping company for any specific order.

We will not be able to use a customers personal shipping account for any order.  All shipping costs must be included with payment.

 

Can I receive faster shipping on my item?

Look at our feedback and you will see many comments stating "Fast Shipping" in them.  That is because we have already set up an efficient process to ship items quickly to our customers.  In many cases we process payments the same day we receive them and ship out the merchandise the next day.  We send your order to the closest possible warehouse to also reduce shipping times.  With this in mind, the automated process is sometimes much quicker than if we spend the extra time and money to ship an item "next day".  It is our suggestion that if you want an item quickly that you rely on our process and pay us as quick as you can so the warehouse can ship your order.  Please keep in mind that if you pay by check we will have to hold your order for a few days before shipping to insure that it clears.

 

Can I combine shipping on multiple quantities or auctions?

Because we ship from 5 different warehouses it is usually impossible for us to combine your order.  It is likely that the same item will ship from 2 different warehouses depending on available inventory levels at that time.   When items ship from multiple warehouses we are charged the full cost from the shipping company for each item, so the opportunity to save is not available.

However they are items that we could combine the shipping and let you save on the shipping charges so please contact us at sales@roadentertainment.com before you buy and include the item numbers and the quantity you want and we will respond with a shipping quote.

 

Do you ship to PO Boxes or APO Addresses?

The shipping cost listed on our auctions are for "Street Address only"; an address where UPS Ground delivers to in the 48 States. If UPS does not deliver to your address, Please email us at shipping@roadentertainment.com  with your shipping address and the item number you are interested in buying and we will let you know if we can ship your order.

Do you charge more for shipments to Hawaii, Alaska, or Puerto Rico?

The shipping costs listed on our auctions are for the domestic United States only.  Most of our products can be shipped to Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico for an extra shipping charge. Please email us at shipping@roadentertainment.com  with your shipping address and the item number you are interested in buying and we will respond with a shipping quote.

 

If I pay with a credit card can you send it to another address?

NO.  We can only ship to the billing address on the credit card. The credit card company and Paypal enforce this rule on us so we need to follow it.  We are provided with Seller Protection policies but only if we ship to "Confirmed Billing Address" given to us from the credit card company.  Because of the volume of sales we manage daily we receive many attempts each day from fraudulent buyers and stolen credit cards.  To continue to provide you with great merchandise at a low price, we must follow this rule.

We guarantee all items to be 100% as described in their eBay auction.  If you would like to return a product for a refund, we will refund your full purchase minus a 10-20% restocking fee for most items.  Shipping costs back to us will be the buyer's responsibility.  Please contact us with any questions or concerns in advance  at RMA@roadentertainment.com  All returns need to be authorized with Road Entertainment Inc.  and will need a RMA number before sending it back to one of our warehouses.  Any returns claimed to be defective will be tested by our technical team.
