Purchases

We currently accept purchases and payments from US and Canada based eBay and Paypal accounts only.

All of the listed items are in stock and ready to be shipped out on demand. All of our items are brand new, never used. Most of the items come in wholesale packaging if not stated otherwise in the listing.

Please make sure that you purchased all of the items intended before checking out in order to take the advantage of our Shipping discount (see checkout and shipping section for more details).

Payments

The following forms of payment are the only payment types that are accepted: Paypal. Most major credit cards are accepted as well through Paypal only.

We do not accept direct Paypal payments. All purchases will have to go through our Marketworks checkout first. Upon checkout completion you will be directed to Paypal from where you can send your payment.

Please see our Checkout section for full details, instructions and information.

All California purchases are subject to 8.25% California Sales Tax - no exceptions. All payments need to be made within seven business days of the auction / purchase end date.

Checkout

All purchases have to go through our Marketworks checkout. Upon checkout completion you will be directed to Paypal from where you can send your payment.

Instructions:

Please purchase all of the items that you like before checking out. If you are purchasing multiple items please purchase all of the intended items before checking out in order to be able to take the advantage of our Shipping discount on multiple item purchase. If you purchase more then one item but checkout for each item individually the shipping discount will not be applied.

After every purchase you will receive a purchase conformation e-mail. To checkout please open the e-mail and click on the checkout link within the e-mail. Subsequently, if you do not prefer to wait for the e-mail, you can click on the checkout link here, in the listing or you can go to www.marketworks.com and click on the buyer checkout at the top of the page.

Marketworks checkout is completely secure and it does not retain any of your information. The only thing that you need to enter / do in the checkout is your shipping address, adjust the shipping options (add insurance if wanted and such) and choose your shipping method. Please note that your order will be shipped out to the address that you enter as your shipping address in the checkout regardless of your Paypal or eBay address. Upon checkout completion, if paying via Paypal you will be directed to Paypal from where you can send your payment.

All of the purchased items will be automatically combined in the checkout and all of the applicable discounts will be automatically applied as well. Please note that the items that you already checked out for will not show in the checkout if you purchase more items after the checkout is complete for any of the previous purchases. You will need to checkout again (shipping discount will not be applied in this case).

Shipping

We usually ship within 24 hours of payment clearing time in our account Mon - Fri. Daily shipping cutoff time is 11 PM PST. We are closed weekends and on all major and minor holidays alike. All orders received during that time will be processed on the following business day if not stated otherwise.

We ship to any place that has a valid US or Canada zip code for a flat rate stated in the listing. Default shipping method is USPS (United States Postal Service) First Class mail for US and USPS Airmail Letter Post mail for Canada. Different shipping methods can be chosen during the checkout.

USPS First Class mail has an average shipping time of two to fourteen business days depending solely on your location and USPS. USPS Airmail Letter Post mail has an average shipping time of six to fifteen business days depending solely on your location and USPS and Canada Mail. Please note that Canada shipping time may vary couple of days especially if the packages get held up by the customs.

We offer shipping discount on multiple item purchases. If you purchase more then one item we offer flat shipping discount of $2.99 Shipping discount works like this: the highest shipping rate is taken as a primary shipping cost and thereafter each additional item will be only $2.99 to ship.

I.E. If the shipping for the first item purchased is $4.99, second item $5.99, third item $3.99 you would pay $5.99 + $2.99 + $2.99.

All of the orders will be shipped out to the address that was entered as the shipping address during the checkout regardless of your eBay or Paypal address. Please make sure that you provide us with your full address (please do not forget apartment numbers, check for spelling errors and such) as we print shipping labels directly from the checkout to eliminate human error.

If USPS fails to deliver your order due to an incorrect address your order will be reshipped once we receive it back from USPS. We will however have to charge new shipping charges in the original shipping charge amount. If you would like us not to reship your order a full order cost refund will be issued minus original shipping charges.

Once your order is shipped out and received by USPS our responsibility ends. If USPS reports your order as delivered but you have not actually received it we can file a claim with the USPS on your behalf and will provide you with the claim number. That is all that we will do. Form there on you will have to pursue the matters with the USPS.

Insurance covers your order from the purchase time until delivery. If your order arrived damaged or if the package gets stolen or lost in the mail - it is covered by the insurance. Insurance does not cover shipping charges or items that USPS reports as delivered but were not received.

We also offer extra insurance which can be added during the checkout for $1.00 per item. Extra insurance will fully cover your order from shipping date until you receive it. If you do not receive your order in timely manner or if the USPS reports it as delivered but you have not actually received it - no worries. If you got the insurance you are covered and we will take care of everything for you. Please note that extra insurance does cover shipping charges as well.

All of the orders under $100.00 are shipped with Free Delivery conformation number. All of the orders above $100.00 are shipped with Free Signature Conformation number (somebody will have to be at the delivery address to receive and sign for the order otherwise it will not be delivered by the USPS - it is the recipients responsibility to make sure that someone can receive the package).

You purchase them in the same way as when you are purchasing only one item IE. purchase one item then purchase one more and repeat until you have purchased all of the items that you want.

3. How do I take an advantage of your shipping discount offer? Back

Purchase all of the items that you want first then proceed to checkout. All of the items will be there automatically combined and all applicable discounts will be automatically applied.

4. I followed your instructions for multiple item checkout but only one item is showing up in the checkout? Back

eBay is sometimes a bit slow to send your purchase information to our checkout. Please wait a couple of minutes and then try checking out again.

5. Is this item compatible with my device? Back

Please check the compatibility section of the listing. If your device is listed there then it is. If it is not then the item is not compatible with your device.

6. I entered the wrong shipping address in Paypal / eBay. Can you ship to this address? Back

It does not matter what address you entered as your shipping address in eBay or Paypal. Your order will be shipped out to the address that you entered as your shipping address in our checkout.

7. I have not received my order? Back

Please check our Shipping section for shipping times. Shipping times are also posted in the checkout and shipping conformation e-mail that you will receive after your order ships. If you do not receive your order in that time please contact us right away.

8. I have sent payment couple a days ago - why have you not shipped my order? Back

 If you sent payment on Friday after shipping cutoff time your order will be shipped on the next business day. If you sent your payment during a holiday it will be shipped out the next business day. Some payments need to clear before we can send the orders out - clearing time depends solely on your Paypal account and it can range from 1 - 7 business days. Clearing times can be seen in your Paypal account. We ship only after the payments clear. If your payment clears on Friday after the shipping cutoff time or on a holiday your order will be shipped the next business day.

9. My items arrived broken/damaged/defective. What can be done? Back

Please contact us right away and we will take care of it for you as all of your purchases are always covered by us. Please see our Help section for more information.

10. I have sent you an e-mail. Why have you not replied? Back

We have a 24 - 48 hour reply time. We answer all of the e-mails received in the order received. Please check your spam filter settings to see if they are blocking our replies, add us to your safe list or double check your e-mail for errors. If you contact us through eBay messaging system make sure that you do NOT check hide my e-mail option as it will prevent you in receiving our reply.
