How do i track (regular airmail)? not online trackable (codes begin with RAxxxxxxxxxTW or CCxxxxxxxxTW)

why is my package delayed?
1) you might have missed the delivery. if no one is at the address to sign the package upon arrival, postman will leave package at local post office nearest you for pickup. please pick up to avoid package return. (please note that pickup note may not be left in your mail box, so it is good idea to check or call post office to confirm)
2) still in transit due to custom inspection or uncontrollable handling issue.
No paypal account? no problem! RTBU accepts all marjor credit cards (Visa, Master, American Express, Discover)

Q:
why have i not received my package yet?
A: you probably have missed the delivery when it arrived. package
will require your signature upon arrival. if no one is at the address
to claim upon arrival. postman will drop a pick-up note. if you have
not received the item within normal waiting period (7-10 business
day for regular shipping, 3-5 business day for express), please check
with your post office asap before it is returned back to sender (usually
it will stay at post office for 7 days before it is returned).
Q: what shipping service/company do you use, how do i track my
package?
A: on-line tracking is available only for
EMS (Express Mail Service), NOT
available for regular airmail shipping. for items shipped
by regular shipping, the tracking number we provide on your feedback
may only serve as reference for cases such as lost package, so we
can use that number to claim the lost with post office. for EMS tracking,
pls use the website of the national post office in your country. please
check the chart shown below for some of the frequently delivered countries.
