Payment
Options
|
Our preferred method of payment is
Paypal. We also accept Bidpay as form
of payment.
Any payment made via Paypal e-check has
an automatic 4 day hold by paypal before funds are released to our
account. Once funds have been
released, your item will be processed with our supplier/vendor.
Any payment made via Bidpay has a 3 day
processing period before your payment reaches our account. Once payment has been received, your item
will be processed.
We also accept Money Order and Personal
Checks for certain items. This will be
clearly noted in the payment option area of our auction, fixed price and
store listings.

Shipping
Information
|
We normally ship via USPS and UPS. Most Vendors and Suppliers we utilize use
either UPS, Federal Express Ground Service and
DHL Ground Service.
Tracking numbers are provided once the
item has left the warehouse. We try to
provide shipping information to our buyers as soon as the information is made
available.

Return
Policy
|
We accept returns for items that arrive
damaged or wrong items shipped.
Returns are accepted within 3 days after receiving the item.
Contact Seller for return instructions
and RMA number (Returned Merchandise Authorization) that is required for all
returns.
Buyer is responsible for all shipping
costs associated with the return.

Ordered Products
|
We make every effort to place well
supplied items on all our auctions, fixed priced and store listings.
We will experience at times that items
do become backordered after a buyer has placed a bid or purchased a Buy it
Now item. Should this occur, we will
immediately contact the buyer and advise of the situation.
The buyer has the option of waiting for
the item to become back in stock or a refund for the purchase, if the buyer
has already paid for the item.
Our vendors work with several other
sellers and retail chains and will make every effort to avoid this problem.

International
Shipping
|
We ship Internationally for certain
items. This will be clearly noted in
our auction listing.

Sales
Tax
|
7.5% Sales Tax is applied to all Nevada buyers per
State guidelines
|

|
|
Combined
Shipping
|
We gladly apply combined shipping for
our items. Once the invoice is sent to
the buyer, it will clearly have the combined shipping price.

|
Purchases
Over $300.00
|
Our vendors require us to provide
payment via Bank Wire Transfer for all items over $300.00 for security
reasons. Please allow 3 extra days for
shipment of your item.

|
Refund
Policy
|
We will gladly refund our buyers for
items received if damaged or if the wrong item was delivered. We make every effort to ship the correct
item before a refund is made.
Refunds will also be made for items
purchased that have become backordered.
