Item Inspection Guarantee:

Rawhide-Sales guarantees the accuracy of the item description and condition disclosures stated on eBay and allows the customer to verify accuracy prior to sale completion. Rawhide-Sales product is fully inspected by qualified evaluation teams in effort to provide accurate descriptions to buyers. Buyer is responsible to read and understand all terms and sale policies before purchase.

·          It is the sole responsibility of the Buyer and their judgment to have thoroughly inspected the item and to have satisfied themselves regarding the condition and value prior to bidding.

·          The Buyer will be given the opportunity to inspect the item to make sure it is as described.

·          No allowance or set aside will be made on account of any incorrectness, imperfection, defect, or damage.

·          Any descriptions or representations are for identification purposes only and are not to be misconstrued as an offer or statement of the Seller offering any warranty on the item of any type.

Accepted Payment:

PayPal & Cash in Person only. All sales are final. Items are sold AS IS. No returns, exchanges or credits accepted. No warranties provided on items.

Upon winning the item, the Buyer is responsible to

·          Provide the stated deposit within 72 hours, if applicable, through PayPal or cash in person.

·          Pay for item in full within 14 days through PayPal or cash in person.

·          Communicate payment and pick up timeframe within 24 hours. Please call 1-800-729-4433 to arrange a time.

·          If the Buyer fails to contact Rawhide-Sales, submit initial deposit payment, or if final balance payment is not made within the specified terms, Seller reserves the right to

o         cancel the sale and/or contact the next highest bidder(s) to complete the sale,

o         and/or re-list the item without further recourse owed to the first bidder in default of these terms.

Sales Tax:

Per the state of Wisconsin, we are required to collect a state (5%) and county (.5%) sale tax for most items sold unless you show verification of tax-exempt status – No Exceptions. If the item is a motor vehicle (car, truck, motor home, or motorcycle) Wisconsin tax is due only if registered in the State of Wisconsin. You must submit the tax in your own state of registration if not registering in Wisconsin. Proof of tax payment is stated on sale invoice as applicable

Shipping:

Pick up only. Buyer is responsible to make proper arrangements. Rawhide can provide transportation services to Central, Northeastern and Southern Wisconsin. See our Transportation eBay Store page for more transport options including international transport. Print directions here.

Item pick up:

Call us at 1-800-729-4433 to arrange a time and date for pick up. This will give us time to get all the paperwork in place and provide you better service.

 It is your responsibility to:

·          Schedule time for pick up

·          Arrive within business hours, preferably before 3:00 p.m.

·          Provide your own transportation (we can quote within Central, Northeastern and Southern WI regions only)

·          Check the safety of the item

·          Secure your item with your own tie straps

·          Hook up item to your transporting vehicle

·          Have proper ball, hitch, and towing accessories

·          Legally transport your item

·          Have tools, supplies and parts to work on item if needed

·          Remove the item within 14 days of purchase. A storage fee will be assessed after 14 days for any item not removed.

o         Storage fee 15 – 45 days: $5.00 per day

o         Storage fee over 45 days: $10.00 per day

o         Extended storage charges at reduced rate may be arranged with approval of Rawhide-Sales and paid with PayPal

  Loading Assistance Hourly Rates:

Buyer will be charged according to the rates below. Rates listed are per man hour (if 2 men help for one hour you will be charged for two hours). Rawhide does not offer retail repairs on any unit after the sale. Rawhide will not secure loads or be held responsible for any damage during loading.

Boat wrapping service: $10.00 per foot of boat length, with a minimum wrapping fee of $75.00
