Tundra Sweater Measurements
How do you measure your Tundra
sweaters?
See chart and picture below for quick
reference. We lay our Tundra sweaters flat, and measure from underarm
to underarm (chest measurement) and double the result (x 2), and we measure our
sleeves from the outside side of sleeve hem up to the side of the collar (see
picture). If you do the same with your favorite fitting sweater and find
that the chest is 54", just type 54 into our Store Search and
you will get all our sweaters with a 54 chest! But don't dismiss a
sweater with a 52" or 56" chest - it may still fit great. Sweaters
are looser fitting garments with 'room for error' so to
speak.

NOTE: Due to the nature
of Tundra sweater manufacturing, if we have, for example, 10 Tundra
sweaters in the same style and size, each may vary slightly in
measurement. This is normal. We measure one sweater
in each style for general reference against all other styles and sizes.
The sweater you may receive may measure ever so slightly
different. Since sweaters are designed to fit more loosely and each
style may have a different cut, you will notice a larger range
of measurements in one size category, but they will all fit properly
and as intended by the Tundra manufacturer.
As a general note, we find that Tundra's do not really
"run large" or "run small" for their size. If you normally wear a
size Large sweater with other manufacturers, you likely will with Tundra
Sweaters as well. We have very few requests for returns, our
return rate is actually at about 0.003% of Tundra sweaters sold!
Do you accept
returns?
Yes, we do. If you have received an item in
error (wrong sweater/wrong size) and this was our fault, we will refund your
full purchase price as well as your cost to return it to us. If
you receive an item and do not like it or it doesn't fit, we do accept exchanges
or future store credits on all Tundra sweaters if they are returned in the same
new condition in which it was sent. Buyer would pay shipping in this
case. We are reasonable people and sometimes work on a case by case basis
as well.
