I only charge actual shipping charges. Insurance is automatically included in the cost of shipping, so you can rest assured if there is a problem with your parcel, your item is protected. I mail each item as soon as possible after payment is received. I always ship expedited or airmail, but sometimes there can be delays at customs, which are beyond my control.
