PAYMENT

Payment must be made within 7 days of the close of the auction. You may pay with PayPal on line. Due to ebay's new rules, I can only accept checks or cash if you will be picking the item up and paying in person.  We now accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover Credit and Debt cards.  Please call 503-931-1568 between 9:00 AM and 7:00 PM with your card information.  IF YOU ARE PURCHASING MULTIPLE ITEMS, please wait to pay until you are done with all of your purchases.  PayPal will not automatically calculate the shipping discount unless items are paid for together at the same time.  Just let me know, so I won't be pestering you for payment.

SHIPPING

All shipping costs are paid by the buyer.  I generally specify a shipping method for the shipping calculator, but if you prefer a different method, just let me know and I will send you an e-mail with the correct amount. I can ship USPS, UPS, or FedEx. UPSP now has different flat rate box sizes.  If the shipping is over the flat rate price and the item will fit in a flat rate box, I will ship in the smallest flat rate box I can get it in and refund you the difference.  Except for weekends and holidays, items are shipped within 24 hours of payment.  Shipping includes free delivery conformation.  Insurance is optional, but highly recommended.  I cannot guarantee any item damaged or lost in shipment that is not insured.  Please take that up with the delivery service.

INTERNATIONAL BUYERS - The shipping calculator will give international shipping costs for some shipping methods. For other shipping methods, send me your shipping address and I will e-mail you the shipping cost.  All items shipped internationally must  be insured to guarantee delivery. If you want insurance, you must add that to your payment at checkout. It is not automatically included.  International items shipping by UPS must include your telephone number.  If you send that to me with payment, I can get your item shipped quicker.

FOR ALL ITEMS let me know if you want insurance  on your item.  UPS includes tracking and insurance up to  $100. Anything over $100 is an extra cost.  Check for cost of insurance if you want it included. The item will not be shipped until all shipping costs are paid.

Items may also be picked up locally at no charge. We are located at 7743 Mill Creek Rd. SE, Aumsville, OR 97325.  Please arrange pick up by email or phone ahead of time.  Our number is 503-931-1568.

RETURNS

Item may be returned if unsatisfactory.  Item must be clean, in new condition, and show no wear marks for refund. If the item is a saddle, do not ride in it or cinch it up on your horse! This will leave marks on the latigos. I cannot refund your money if it is marked. Set the saddle on your horse with a clean sheet or blanket underneath to check for fit. Put the saddle on a clean saddle rack to check for rider fit.  Item must be returned within 30 days of purchase for refund. Buyer pays all shipping.  Shipping costs are not refundable.
