PayPal eChecks are subject to a waiting period until funds clear. Sales Tax A 5% sales tax will be charged only on orders shipped to Virginia residents. Order Processing Our order processing days are Monday - Friday, excluding holidays. Orders are generally shipped the next business day following receipt of cleared payment. International Shipping We offer shipping to destinations abroad via Global Priority Mail®, Global Express Mail®, or Global Airmail® (Parcel Post). International shipping rates vary, so please contact Customer Service to obtain a shipping quote. Any customs, duties, or other fees assessed by the receiving country are solely the responsibility of the customer. Gift Services For your convenience, we offer a full-range of gift services including gift wrapping, personalized gift messages, and direct shipment to your gift recipient. Simply purchase the gift wrap add-on in our store, and we'll take care of the rest! Returns/Exchanges Your satisfaction is important to us! If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item in its original, unused condition with tags/packaging intact within 14 days for a full refund of the amount paid (less shipping costs). To return an item: - Contact Customer Service within 14 days of purchase to obtain a Return Authorization number (RA#).
- Document the RA# and reason for return on your packing slip and include it with the item to ensure proper credit to your account.
- Consider returning the item using a method that can be insured and tracked. Credits can only be issued for return items actually received.
Exchanges The process for exchanging an item is the same as a return; however, to ensure availability of your preferred replacement, order the new item as soon as possible and your account will be credited once your return is received.
