Rebate Terms:
- Only store items qualify for rebate.
- Invoice total must be paid and we will issue the rebate in within 7 days of receiving payment if paid by PayPal. Checks must clear before the rebate is issued in which we will issue a PerfectPlant company check.
- Totals are for PerfectPlant store item purchases only that are bought within any given Monday through Sunday week. Auction items do not qualify for the rebate and will be invoiced seperately - Part Number In Title MUST Begin With a "R" -.
- If you have won items from auctions and bought store items, you will receive two separate invoices - a 'Store Invoice" and a "Auction Invoice" and the rebate is calculated on the store items only.
- We must send you an invoice in order to qualify for the rebate. We are the only ones that can adjust the shipping therfore please email us for an invoice and we will adjust the shipping accordingly - you will automaticly be invoiced every Monday with the shipping adjustment for the level in which you qualify. If you pay without us invoicing you before hand we can not garrentee the Shipping Special.
- Please note that store items bought from one Monday through Sunday week can not be combined with another Monday through Sunday week. We calculate the rebate from individual invoices, therefore if you pay on two or more invoices the rebate will be calculated seperately or per invoice for that given week.

Combining and Shipping Discounts
Yes, we do give a discount on shipping when you combine items. For single-item auctions we charge $7.25 for the first item and $3.00 for each additional item won that Monday through Sunday week. Any Item bought from our EBay Store in any given Monday through Sunday week please refer to the above chart.
For better service we work on a Monday through Sunday schedule. We will automatically combine all the items that you win from the previous Monday through Sunday order to save you money on the shipping charges. If you wish to be invoiced before Monday, please email us an email to info@perfect-plant.com and request to be invoiced. Please do not forget to include your eBay user id in the email.
In order to qualify for the Combined Shipping Discount, you must pay for this one combined invoice with one payment. If you pay for items on multiple invoices for a given week we can not guarantee that your items will be shipped together or that you will get the Combined Shipping Discount.
Shipping Fees
Any items won or bought within a given Monday through Sunday week may be combined for a shipping discount as follows. For single-item auctions, the first item is $7.25 and for each additional single-item auction won, you will receive a $4.25 discount off of the shipping. As a result the additional shipping charge per additional single-item auctions won that given Monday through Sunday week will be $3.00 each. Any Item bought from our EBay Store in any given Monday through Sunday week please refer to the above chart. If you pay for store items on multiple invoices for a given Monday through Sunday week the rebate will be calculated per invoice - we can not combine the amounts and then calculate the rebate, therfore we ask that you either email us for the invoice or wait until Monday when you will automaticly be invoiced for the previuos Monday through Sunday week.
Shipping Locations
Due to customs, shipping delays and regulations we ship only to the 50 states of the United States. Alaska and Hawaii have a shipping surcharge of $12.00 per order. We normally ship your items within 3 days of receiving payment. Due to eBay's policies taking your zone into consideration is your responsibility.
Shipping Methods
We ship all of our item by FedEx Home (Ground service to a residence). You can have your items shipped FedEx Express for an additional $5.00 for your entire order.
