All items are shipped by the next business day after they have been paid for, and we work to get you your item as quickly as possible.
CANADA
All items within Canada are currently shipped out via CanadaPost, either by lettermail, or for larger items, Expedited Parcel. Average delivery times are 2-6 business days from the date that we ship out your item. Faster shipping services are not offered at the current time.
USA
All orders going to the USA are shipped out via the US Postal Service. We are in Canada, however we drive across the border 2-3 times a week (roughly a six hour round trip) to mail out items directly via USPS so that you get yours items faster. Average delivery time to the USA is about 2-7 business days.
INTERNATIONAL
All orders being shipped outside of Canada and the USA are also shipped out via USPS... either by First Class or Priority Mail, depending on the size/weight of the order. International shipping times vary by country, although on average it takes about 1-3 weeks to most destinations.
Please note that we do not accept local pickup. We have a retail store @ Unit 2, 915 McLeod Avenue in Winnipeg, MB for those of you looking to purchase locally within Winnipeg.
All shipping and handling charges are as stated within the listings, for orders of 10 or more items purchased with the buy-it-now option we can discount the shipping on your order by 20% (Minimum $50 purchase not including shipping or taxes). If you are looking to purchase large lots of the same item for wholesale (10 or more) please contact us and we can get you better pricing for buying in bulk.
Combined shipping discounts are applicable as follows. You will be charged the highest first item shipping & handling rate out of all the items you have purchase, and then the 'additional item' rate shown in each listing. Additional item rates are generally 30-50% lower than the first item shipping charge and vary by item. Each individual listing will specify the rates.
To qualify for the combined shipping you must go through our checkout at https://checkout.channeladvisor.com/checkout and then combine all of your items into a single order, and then pay for those items in one single payment.
